Join Little Yoga Friends for a spook-tacular Halloween yoga party!  Ages 4 through 8 are invited to dress-up in costume, login to Zoom (link will be sent prior to class), and practice Halloween-themed yoga with Ms. Shana!  We will make a yucky witches brew to warm up our bodies, do a Full Moon Salute, practice Spooky Skeleton Yoga, using the LYF skeleton, Bona Lisa as a model, and more!
