Calling all Preschoolers (ages 3-5)! Join Little Yoga Friends at the Wellesley Free Library (Wakelin Room) for yoga and mindfulness that celebrate winter fun! Hot cocoa breath, Salutation to the Snow, a snowman building warm-up, yoga sledding, wax paper ice skating, and more! This class is FREE and open to 3-5 year olds. Little Chefs and Little Yoga Friends are excited to prepare our girls for school with healthy, active minds and bodies! Little Chefs is so happy to prepare a summer treat that will fuel our girls for success on the fields and in the classroom. Girls will strengthen and stretch with Little Yoga Friends through breath work, yoga postures, and relaxation, helping girls to feel their best as they take on new adventures in the new school year.  Girls GAME ON with Little Chefs & Little Yoga Friends!
